Healing & Empowerment
Saturday, November 23 from 11:00am-Noon, Nyack Center
In response to the recent wave of hateful messages targeting people of color, immigrants, and LGBTQ+ communities, we’re coming together this Saturday morning in Nyack to offer support, tools, and resources for mental health and wellbeing.
This event is designed to help parents and children address anxiety, trauma, and fears, while empowering them to feel safe and strong in their bodies and minds. Let’s come together to build a resilient, caring community where everyone belongs.

Rhapsody in Blue, originally intended for piano soloist and concert band, will be played in Ferde Grofe’s arrangement for full symphony orchestra. (An intermission will follow.)
