Run the Snowflake 5K on Sunday
Ready to run? Sign up for the Snowflake 5K to benefit the Nyack Volunteer Ambulance Corps. The race kicks off Sunday at 10 a.m. sharp.
Bill Batson’s Pop-Up Shop Continues Through 12/31
Bill Batson’s pop-up shop is open for the month of December at 6 South Broadway, sharing space with Le Petit Pickwick. Bill has original art depicting Nyack and NYC for sale and well as a full range of Nyack Sketch Log inspired gear. The Pop-up Boutique includes pottery and block prints by John Curley and fashion by Toma Holley. Open every day 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with free hot apple cider all weekend!
Spend New Year’s Eve in Nyack
Find your crew to ring in 2025 at Olive’s, Casa del Sol, Hotel Nyack, and at other local spots.
First Day Hike at Nyack State Beach
Wednesday, January 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The Palisades Park Conservancy invites you to spend the first day of the New Year amid nature and neighbors.
Enjoy a winter hike along recommended routes and come inside to warm up with free cocoa and coffee from La Promenade, live music, and entertainment at the Old Hook Mountain Bathhouse. Details and RSVP here.
Rockland County Warming Center
Corner of South Broadway and Burd at 7 p.m. (7 days a week)
Anyone in need of shelter can come to the corner of South Broadway and Burd at 7 p.m., seven days a week, for a ride to the Warming Center. This public service includes a hot meal, a place to rest overnight and a hot shower as well as access to essential services.
