Nyack, September 14 — Nyack and the Rockland County arts community will hear about the feasibility of Superblock redevelopment in the village at a community meeting tonight at 7p at the Nyack Center. Lead consultant HR&A will present four different Superblock scenarios and use the public’s response to make a final recommendation on the project to the Nyack Village Board in November.
The initial goal of the study was to determine if an arts center is economically sustainable in the Village of Nyack built on the the 3.65 acres in downtown which include Riverspace, the M&T Bank site and a strip mall.
