Before Hulu, It was Hula.

The Hula Hoop makes a comeback on Saturday morning May 8 at Nyack’s Memorial Park at the biggest Hula Hoop event in Rockland County. The day will be a blast with live music, Hula Hoop contests, food and more surprises.

Bring your own Hula Hoop or purchase one at the festival from 10a to 12:30p. The 2 1/2 hour event, sponsored by the Friends of the Nyacks and Champion Day Camp, isn’t nearly long enough to break Roxann Rose’s hula hoop endurance record of 90 hours set in April 1987.
