Getting a Skating Groove On at The Dip

The Dip, the first outdoor roller-skating pop-up in Nyack, brought together people of all ages for a fun afternoon of good skating vibes, music, food trucks, and more.

Skaters took over Nyack’s Memorial Park on Saturday at The Dip roller pop-up event. (All photos by Andrea B. Swenson — scroll down for a full slideshow from the event.)

The Dip, the first outdoor roller skating pop-up event in Nyack, brought roller-disco fun to Memorial Park with lively ’70s funk and soul music, live DJs, food trucks, vendors, and a cool welcoming party atmosphere for everyone.

Fortunately, our free-wheeling photographer Andrea Swenson was there to capture the two-wheeled frolicking for Nyack News and Views.
