The 25th Annual GARNER Arts Festival was a weekend of creativity & connection — with dozens of artists, performances, food, and more.
The show featured multimedia exhibits and installations, hands-on screen printing, live marble sculpting, Open Artist Studios, an invitational Flash Sketch Mob, a regional high school student art show, and hands-on children’s art workshops.
Paralleling the nation’s “America 250” celebration of Independence, the festival also showcased several historical exhibits, including Posters of the People, a Works Progress Administration (WPA) exhibit, exploring how design, government, and community came together to create some of the most iconic public art in America.
Nick Duke of Nick Duke Media was on hand to capture all the sights. Enjoy!
