Protesters in Nanuet Tell Trump: ‘Hands Off!’

As part of an organized nationwide protest effort — known as Hands Off — designed to combat a wide range of the Trump administration’s policy agenda, hundreds of demonstrators swarmed the intersection of Route 59 and South Middletown Road in Nanuet on Saturday, April 5. Our globe-trotting photographer Andrea Swenson was back from abroad and on hand to capture all of the action. Check out the scene in our latest edition of Photo Shoot! (For more details, read this story from lohud.)

Editor’s note: one of the organizers of the Hands Off event was Nyack News and Views’ Bill Batson.
