Rides and Strides

Saturday, October 26, 9:00am – noon at Rockland Lake State Park, Congers

Register here for an inspirational rain or shine day for all ages with live entertainment, kids activities, complimentary refreshments, awards and much more.

One in eight women in the United States will have breast cancer in their lifetime. Unfortunately, we all know someone who has been affected by this disease. When detected early, breast cancer survival rates are very high, but not every woman has access to important mammogram screening services.

Proceeds from Rides & Strides will ensure that those who are underinsured, uninsured and medically underserved receive the screening services they need on an annual basis.

Their goal is to raise enough funds to provide screening services for 400 women next year.

Register beginning at 9:00am. The bike ride for families & cyclists start at 9:45am, a 5K (Run/Walkers) starts at 10:00am, a kids fun run starts at 11:00am, and the awards program starts at 11:30am

Early Voting

Just a reminder, early voting starts tomorrow, Saturday, October 26 at 9:00am in Rockland County and continues until Sunday, November 3 at 5:00pm. iwillvote.com will show your closest polling site.
