Rockland’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Pearl River Turns 60

Take in all the action from Pearl River’s 60th annual Rockland County St. Patrick’s Day parade on Sunday.

Thousands of green-clad revelers flooded the streets of Pearl River on Sunday afternoon to be part of the second largest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the entire state of New York — the town’s 60th annual event. Nyack News & Views photographer and Irish culture capturer Andrea Swenson documented all the action for this week’s Photo Shoot. There was so much verdant fun in the sun, we needed two slideshow (actually: three — we had a few gems slip through the cracks that needed some light, added 3/25/24). Enjoy!
