Modern Druid presents a morning of Tea, Meditation and Music with acclaimed Grammy Award-winning musician Erik Lawrence on Saturday, July 1st.

Take a musically guided meditation with Lawrence to celebrate the new day. Begin a journey that will continue as you sit for a tea service in the style of traditional Chinese Tea practice.

July Fourth

The annual fireworks show in Nyack will take place after 9 p.m. on July 4 in Memorial Park. Bring your picnic blankets and chairs and arrive early to find parking and get the best view.

Jazz in the Garden Series at the Edward Hopper House Museum and Study Center

Every Thursday in July and August, jazz music lovers bring their chairs or blankets to the backyard of Edward Hopper’s Childhood home to enjoy performances from some the art forms finest practitioners.

Kicking off this year’s season is the  Kimberly Hawkey Quintet.

You are free to bring your own refreshments, put are asked to take your recycling or trash with you.

If it rains, concerts will be held at the Nyack Center: 58 Depew Ave, Nyack. Doors will open 6:30pm, concert begins at 7p
