Nyack Trustee Closing Arguments: Nathalie Riobe-Taylor

Nathalie Riobe-Taylor is one of five candidates running for two spots on the Nyack Board of Trustees. Early voting is underway and concludes on Tuesday, June 27. The following was written by Riobe-Taylor about herself.


Nathalie Riobè-Taylor is a dedicated mentor, a relentless activist for social justice and a passionate, untraditional educator.

The founder of For Our Kids NY, Inc, Nathalie serves as an Educational Research Consultant for The CEJJES Institute. She also serves on the executive boards of various community organizations such as the Nyack Center, a community nonprofit supporting children, youth and families through educational and recreational programs; and Legal Services of the Hudson Valley whose mission is to provide free, high quality counsel in civil matters for individuals and families in need.

Nathalie, a devoted mother to three young boys, actively seeks opportunities to teach her children about serving their community through organizations such as Jack and Jill of America, Inc.; Naomi’s Program of Excellence; The Bergen County Urban League and the Greenwich Junior League.  Nathalie’s motto is: “Be a steward unto one another, and lead by example.”
