Congresswoman Nita Lowey will be speaking at the St. Charles AME Zion Church Annual MLK, Jr. Day Commemoration Breakfast at 9a, where she will be awarded the Martin Luther King, Jr. Humanitarian Award. The St. Charles AME Zion Church is located at 432 Valentine Avenue in Sparkill.
