Heritage of West Nyack will hold their first annual Fall Festival at 131 Germonds Road in Germonds Park, on October 20 (rain date October 27). The event will showcase the Historic Traphagen and Vanderbilt/Budke Houses.
Fall Festival activities include:
Pumpkin Picking, Decorating and Painting
Petting Zoo and Pony Rides, Nickel-O-Farms
Honey Bee Presentation, Ron Breland
Children’s Games
Refreshments
Free Mini Golf at adjacent Germonds Park
Presentation by Chuck Stead, Cornell Cooperative Extension,of Proposed Restoration to Vanderbilt/Budke house
1:30 pm – Storytelling
2:00 pm – Walk through the Meadow, Paul Tappenden
2:30 pm – 4:00 pm – Face Painting, Party by Lisa
2:30 – 5:00 pm – Line Dancing Demonstration and Group Participation, Kathy Everhardt
The historic Traphagen and Vanderbilt/Budke Houses are owned by the Town of Clarkstown, co-sponsor of the Heritage of West Nyack Fall Festival.
