Nyack Fireworks Tonight At 830-ish

ar_Fireworks3 Nyack, July 4, 2013 — Fireworks will fill the sky above Memorial Park by the Hudson River tonight starting at approximately 845p.

The exact time is probably closer to 9p than it is to the 8p announcement previously posted on the Village of Nyack website. The display will run for about 20-30 minutes.

The lower portion of Memorial Park will be during the show, the upper portion of Memorial Park and the marina parking area will offer excellent views of the aerial incendiaries. The boat launch area remains closed due to remaining damage from Hurricane Sandy in September, 2012.

To get you in the mood for tonight’s event, here’s a montage of the 2010 Nyack fireworks, set to Stars And Stripes Forever played by the Orangetown Concert Band on July 3, 2012.
