It Takes A Village: Rockland County’s Budget Crisis

New York State’s new two percent tax cap is forcing Rockland County to look at cutting services, sell assets and find new sources of revenue. The County Executive is looking for creative input from all sources. Here are a few creative, if not particularly practical, suggestions.
