County Opens Cooling Centers

Rockland County, July 12 — Due to the extreme heat, the following cooling centers near Nyack have opened to the public.

  • Village Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack (9a-5p)
  • South Nyack Village Hall, 282 So. Broadway, South Nyack (9a-5p)
  • Piermont Village Hall, 478 Piermont Ave,Piermont (9a-4p)
  • Orangetown Town Hall, 26 Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg (9a-5p)
  • Orangetown Police Dept., 26 Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg  (24 hours/7 days)
