If your Rockland County bus goes by the Palisades Mall, don’t be surprised if your trip is delayed by the ongoing construction on Route 59 in West Nyack. The Rockland County Department of Public Transportation says buses that travel in and around this area may be delayed 10-20 minutes from now through November 2011.
