It’s no accident that David Carlucci is headed to Albany to become a state senator. It’s been a dream of his for 18 years — since he was in the 6th grade.
“Carlucci remembers ‘being blown away by the history, the idea of this is how government works’,” writes the Albany Times Union in a profile of the youngest senator in the chamber and the history of New York state.
