Text To Vote Before Nov 2nd

If you can text, you can vote. Or at least get an absentee ballot to do so.

Clarkstown Town Clerk David Carlucci is offering a text-to-vote service for the November 2 General Election. To request an absentee ballot, just text the word ‘€˜ABSENTEE’ to 41411 from any cell phone. You’ll get a message back giving you all the information you need to apply for the absentee ballot. This is the third year Carlucci has been offering this service.

The text includes a link to the absentee application which you need to fill in and mail out to the Rockland County Board of Elections postmarked by October 26.

You can also print out an application online by visiting the Rockland County Board of Elections.
