Rivertown Film Benefit To Be Rescheduled

The Oct 16 fundraiser for Rivertown Film, featuring actress and local resident Ellen Burstyn, will be rescheduled.  Burstyn is in California completing work for HBO and won’t be available on Oct 16.

Rivertown hopes to reschedule the event for November or December. Ticket holders will be notified by email with a new date or will have an opportunity to request a refund.

The fundraiser was to have featured a screening of Alice Doesn’t Live Hear anymore, with an introduction by the actress. Burstyn chose the chose the script, starred in the movie and won an Academy Award for her role.
