Closing Time For The Riviera Steakhouse

The rent came due for the Riviera Steakhouse this week — literally. The landlord has padlocked the door as a response to the tenants not paying their rent. Incidents at the bar over the last two weeks — one involving gunfire — have resulted in several arrests and have attracted the focus of village, state and police officials.

The current owners of the property have put the building up for sale at an asking price of just under $1 million.
