It’s Springtime and that can only mean one thing!

Time to dust off your pastels, break out a new sketch book and get messy. Spring colors beckon at the Rockland Center for the Arts where a six week workshop will cover color theory, layering techniques and value studies.  This class, taught by illustrator Elizabeth Sayles, is for adults and high school students.  Tuesdays, 6 weeks beginning  May 11 –  6:30 – 9:30p
