Hopper House hosts a three hour workshop on the business of art on Wed 4/7 at 6:30p.

Topics covered will include, how to present your work, find appropriate galleries, pricing artwork, self-publishing, publishers, print dealers, how to create buzz, structuring your website, taxes and resources for artists and more.

This interactive workshop will help visual artists develop the necessary skills and tools to accomplish these tasks and many more. Participants will learn how to research the market for their specific needs, how to maximize their income, how to promote and structure their website, and avoid mistakes. Artists will come out of this workshop prepared with a clear plan for themselves, necessary tools and the confidence to accomplish their goals.

Instructor Liron Sissman,  an NYU MBA graduate, has 20 years of combined art and business experience.
