Wellspring Living Arts is an innovative hands-on complementary education program for teenagers and young adults. Presently, in the current society, our young people are encouraged and taught to compete and consume, but not how to build community and learn what is necessary to live a life that creates and serves.
The Wellspring Project serves to find the educational compass to ignite the passion and compassion within our young adults that awakens the intellect. We as adults must provide the caring, enthusiasm and leadership to point the way.
The curriculum serves the development of the human capacities and is intended to provide the tools for self-sufficiency and a range of life skills.
Projects are designed to supplement and complement the traditional forms of education in the local area. The after-school program serves as the fore-runner for the planned full day educational program to serve ages 11-20.
