The New York State Crime Stoppers and the Clarkstown Police are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man who sexually molested a young girl at the Palisades Center on New Year’s Day.
Tips from the public and analysis of surveillance tapes have provided a description of the man: Caucasian, in his 40s, between 5 feet 7 and 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium complexion, a stocky build and short- to medium-length hair.
