Thanks – Nyack’s Prayer Vigil For Haiti

by Alice Crowe

We gathered in the heart of downtown Nyack in a prayer vigil for Haiti on Friday night. About fifty of us stood clasping candles and sharing prayers and words of comfort to Haitian families that were affected by the devastating earthquake.  I’d like to thank the merchants of Nyack who supported us, and the residents who came out and offered prayers and support.
