As Other See Us: Main Essentials

As restaurant reviews go, it’s not your average meat and potatoes piece. But SuperVegan.com gives a thumbs up to Nyack’s newest no-meat and non-dairy dining option, Main Essentials.

“While on a quick jaunt to Nyack, NY recently, I was pleasantly surprised to find not only an option, but a deliciously viable vegan option to boot,” writes author Brownbird Rudy Relic, self-described as “the world’s first and only Straight-Edge Vegan Chicano Blues musician.” He describes Main Essentials as “Rastafarian fare with a Dominican flare.”
