Protesting against the Obama Health Care Plan is welcome, as differing opinions always are, since differing opinions can be educational. However what is not educational are:
Portrayals of Obama as Hitler and comparing the Health Care Plan to Nazism. This comparison demeans all who were obliterated in the Holocaust and shows a complete disregard and lack of understanding of what Nazism was and what it did to Jews, and all of humanity, not only in Germany and Europe, but around the world.
This comparison derails the conversation and shifts the conversation from Health Care Reform to something else. This comparison shows a complete lack sensitivity for the Holocaust and borders, by ignorance, on Anti-Semitism.
