Rockland Psych Development — Public Input

Developer K Hovnanian is promising a makeover for the Rockland Psychiatric Center. And Orangetown officials want to hear what you think of it. The deadline for comments is June 18. LoHud says this is the largest private development in Orangetown history.

Hovnanian plans to replace dozens of RPC buildings with 575 senior housing units for adults 55+ worth about $300 million. You can read the draft Orangetown amendment here.
