Riverkeeper captain Lipscomb to speak at Nyack Library tonight

Riverkeeper boat captain John Lipscomb will discuss his work on the Hudson River tonight at 7PM at the Nyack Library as part of the Hudson Fulton Champlain Quadricentennial programs.
