On Saturday, April 25th, the Town of Orangetown is hosting its first Recycling Fair. The purpose of the day is to increase awareness of the three “R’s” Reduce, reuse, and recycle.
Location: Orangetown Highway Department, 119 Route 303, Orangeburg 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine
Rockland Freecycle(TM) will be in attendance representing “reuse.” Members are invited to bring small, lightweight items they no longer use, and take items left by others. BIG EMPHASIS on “small, lightweight” as we will have to cart away any unclaimed items to post them on our site. Hope to see you there!
