This public meeting is being hosted by the White Plains Council of Neighborhood Associations (WPCNA) on April 21 at 7:30 at Education House, 5 Homeside Lane in White Plains, NY.
The WPCNA is an apolitical non-governmental organization composed of White Plains neighborhood association members providing a citywide forum on education, safety, health, government, the environment, and open space.
