Nyack Mayor’s Race: Another Hat In The Ring?

The LeftOfTheHudson blog reports that Richard Quinn will be seeking the Democratic nomination as Nyack’s next mayor. Quinn, owner of Rockland World Radio, says Nyack politics needs new faces and new policies.

Village Trustees Denise Hogan and Marie Lorenzini have already announced that they are running for mayor. Marianne Olive, owner of Olive’s, a bar and music venue on Main Street, has told acquaintances that she is also running.

Doug Foster and Jen Laird-White are reported to be considering a run for Village Trustee positions.
