Tomorrow’s Village Board meeting could be another interesting one. There is an official public hearing on the parking rate increases. So it’s a last chance for people to voice their concerns. The Board will be voting to implement the increases on April 6, instead of June 1.
Another agenda item will be to look at the “Apollo” property, which is on the North side of Main Street between Midland and Highland. It would involve acquiring a property, demolishing a concrete building, and creating about 16-20 spaces. Some estimates would price the spots at about $30k each.
