Orangetown will hold a lottery for three below-market rate units available at The Hollows at Blue Hill, an active adult development in Pearl River on January 7 at 7p

Names of eligible applicants will be pulled from two containers: one for Orangetown residents who have lived in the Town for a minimum of ten years; and the second for all others. All names will be pulled from each container and assigned a number. The three below-market rate units will be first offered to the Orangetown residents holding lottery numbers one, two and three. The three prospective purchasers will have thirty days in which to submit additional income documentation for review and certification by the Rockland Housing Action Coalition.
