City of Ithaca Urban Plan — Good Sample

The City of Ithaca completed a draft urban plan for its Collegetown, which includes a parking component. It is a good example of the type of analysis that would be helpful for Nyack in its pursuit to redevelop its downtown.

Another issue for Nyack is the need for a design plan, so that if we continue to have an Architectural Review Board, that there are open and clear standards on which to base decisions.
