Tappan Zee Express Bus stops moves yet again

If you finally got used to waiting to go to Tarrytown or White Plains at the new bus stop location of Franklin St. and Artopee Way, you’ll be watching the bus pass right by you. As a temporary sign says, the stop has moved, although it fails to tell you where. You’ll have to go a couple blocks south by Depew to pick up the bus.
