Nyack Offers Fast-Pay Parking Fine Discount

The Village Board will tweak Nyack’s parking fee and fine structure for violators who pay up prior to their court date. Beginning September 1, parking fees will be reduced from $25 to $15 if the fine is paid prior to the court date.

In April, the Village Board voted to reduce this penalty if the ticket was paid within two days. This vote extends the grace period a few weeks. Most traffic court dates are scheduled two to five weeks from the ticket issue date.
