On Monday, Dec. 14th, 4:30-6:00 p.m.in the Nyack Library meeting room, there will be an informational meeting for community residents who are interested in assuring that every resident of the Nyack community is counted in the 2010 census.
A “Census 101” presentation by the Rockland “Complete Count Campaign” will provide information and answers to the most frequently asked questions about the 2010 Census. This meeting will prepare local residents, community organization family outreach workers, community activists, religious leaders, political leaders, etc. to become “walkers and talkers” in reaching out to all members of the community to complete their census.
