Getting Trashed Before Thanksgiving

Main Street in Nyack, 1/12/2012 ©2012 alison perryThe usual Thursday trash pickup in the Village of Nyack will be suspended this week so village employees can enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with their families.

Trash will be picked up in Nyack on Wednesday, so — tonight’s the night to get trashed. Figuratively speaking, of course. If you are planning on taking this literally, the Orangetown Police Department has no plans to take the holiday off, so behave yourself.
